About Urendamax

Building
3D Worlds
Since 2015

Urendamax started as a small workshop series for artists who wanted to work in game production but couldn't find practical, hands-on training. Nine years later, participants from over 40 countries have gone through our programmes.

Where the
numbers
come from

Each figure below reflects something specific — a workshop run, a participant who shipped a game, or a piece of feedback that changed how we teach. Nothing is rounded up to look impressive.

9 Years running Workshops have run continuously since the first cohort in 2015, with no gaps between annual cycles.
40+ Countries represented Participants join from across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas — all working in the same remote studio environment.
6 Specialist instructors Each instructor has shipped at least one commercial game title and teaches from that direct production experience.
14 Workshop modules From terrain sculpting and asset optimisation to lighting and real-time rendering — each module ends with a deliverable, not a quiz.

The people
who teach

Instructors at Urendamax are working professionals, not full-time educators. They bring current studio workflows directly into each session.

Nneka Osei-Bonsu

Technical Art Director

Nneka bridges the gap between art and engineering. Her sessions on shader graphs and LOD pipelines are consistently rated the most technically demanding in the programme.
